Directions for use:
Add 1 level scoop of protein powder to 200ml of water, or any liquid of your choosing - shake well, drink and enjoy! Repeat 1-3 times daily or as required.
I have used this brand for years, just submitted another order as always tastes so clean and healthy, I feel full after and don’t snack..
I will often mix the flavours but my go to is the strawberry.

Loved the chocolate so i have now got the strawberry. I'm equally really impressed by the taste and price. There seriously isn't any other product like this with such an amazingly low carbohydrate content and yet so good. Lost lots of (fat) weight and i don't feel hungry. Wish they and the WWW would consider a savoury shake which is just as good.
Great tasting and ordered for a change but chocolate is my favourite
