Creapure creatine monohydrate. One ingredient, 5g a serving, nothing else in the tub.
Made in Germany to over 99.9% purity and tested for creatinine, dicyandiamide and dihydrotriazine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, with a daily intake of 3g. Our serving is 5g, which is the amount used in most of the research.
One ingredient. No sweeteners, no flavouring, no bulking agents.
Grass fed whey isolate. Four ingredients in the flavoured version, one in the unflavoured.
Filtered to remove most of the fat, carbohydrate and lactose, which is what separates isolate from concentrate and why it tends to sit more easily.
From the cassava root. It stops the powder clumping and gives the shake body. It is there for texture, and that is the only reason it is there.
Leaf-derived sweetener. No sucralose, no acesulfame K, no aspartame.
From food sources rather than synthesised. The unflavoured version has none of this, and none of the stevia either.
Prefer nothing added at all? The unflavoured is whey and nothing else.

A blue green algae grown in freshwater ponds, dried and milled. One of the more nutrient dense ingredients in the blend by weight.
Reishi, Lion's Mane, Chaga, Cordyceps, Shiitake, Maitake and Turkey Tail. Fruiting body rather than mycelium grown on grain, which is what most cheaper blends use and why their beta glucan content is so much lower. These have been used in traditional practice for centuries.
