SHIPPING INFORMATION
GENERAL INFORMATION:
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, but as office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, any orders placed on an evening, weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Our shipping services for the UK include:
- Royal Mail 1st Class - Typically delivered within 1-2 working days (if ordered before 3pm)
- Royal Mail 2nd Class - Typically delivered within in 2-3 working days
- UPS Next Day (over 2kg parcels) - Delivered next working day (if ordered before 3pm)
All information regarding delivery costs will be displayed on the checkout page and automatically calculated based on the weight of the items in your cart and/or the cost of your total order.
Providing us with the correct shipping information is the customer’s responsibility, and if you provide us with incorrect shipping details and your order cannot be dispatched, it is your responsibility to contact us with the correct information as soon as possible. In the rare event that a shipment goes missing as a result of the customer providing incorrect shipping information – it is at our discretion as to whether we reimburse or refund you. If however your delivery goes missing due to a fault of ours or our chosen courier, we will offer to replace the order and/or issue a refund – depending on which option is most suitable.
FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £85:
If your order exceeds £85 (after coupons have been applied) then you’ll be eligible for free Royal Mail 48 Hour delivery within the UK only. You will still have the option to expedite your order if required, however this will be charged at the standard rate of expedited delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We now offer shipping to 20 different countries around Europe of which you can see in the table below. If the country you're residing in is not listed in the table below - please contact us at enquiries@naturalnutrients.co.uk and we'll provide a custom quote for delivery to you.
